Experience
Combined, the administrative staff at Benchmark Home Care Services, Inc has over fifty years of experience in the private home health industry.  We are nurse operated and therefore, we work and communicate well with all disciplines of the health care team to insure a smooth transition from acute care to home.

Competence
Only Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA's), Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA's) or nurses aides (NA's) perform personal care. All staff are trained and oriented to individual client needs and preferences.

Communication
Our administrator will meet with you and your family to discuss your care needs and match them with an appropriate caregiver.

Protection
All staff are screened through a national criminal background check and reference checks are obtained from former employers. All staff are trained to be first line reporters of changes in the condition of their client. Benchmark Home Care  is compliant with OSHA standards and bides by HIPPA rules.

Reliability
On call service is provided 24/7 in case of emergencies and/or staff replacements. All staff are periodically supervised on the job.

Accountability
All staff are direct employees of  Benchmark Home Care Services,Inc.
All staff are covered by professional liability insurance. Our insurance protects you against employee dishonesty.

Affordability
Rates are based on the type of service provided starting as low as $20.50 per hour with a 4 hour minimum for personal care. Billing is sent out on a weekly basis, payment is expected in 7-10 days unless other arrangements have been made.
